Robert D. Flynn is a board certified civil trial specialist and has over 30 years extensive experience in civil litigation. He specializes in construction litigation, negligence, trucking liability, products liability, commercial and business related litigation. He is an experienced and qualified mediator and brings a unique insight to all matters as result of practicing law as both plaintiff and defense counsel.

Mr. Flynn is a fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee Bar Associations, the International Association of Defense Counsel, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Attorneys. He is on the approved panel of mediation for the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. He has been a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator since 1998.
