Robert C. Martin is President and CEO of RMR Consulting, LLC, a company specializing in insurance claims and risk consulting. For over 10 years, he has worked as an ADR consultant in the insurance and construction industry assisting claims departments, and the private sector in residential, commercial, and industrial insurance claims; construction disputes, and performance failures. Mr. Martin has completed over 380 insurance claim appraisals and has been selected to Umpire on more than 75 appraisals. He has performed over 60 information mediations and sat as an arbitrator in 11 construction disputes.

Prior to starting RMR Consulting, Mr. Martin worked for J&S Construction Co., Inc., Calamar LLC and Philip Morris U.S.A He has extensive experience in construction, and methods of construction and the associated contracted documentation. He also has a strong labor background. He has been certified as a USEPA Asbestos Construction Supervisor and USEPA Asbestos Abatement Designer plus he has OSHA/EP compliance officer experience. He taught continuing education classes at Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN and served on the Advisory Board. Mr. Martin has completed 40 hours of Rule 31, Civil Training course approved by the Tennessee Supreme Court Commission on ADR..
