Edward L. Martindale, Jr. for over 20 years has had substantial legal career focusing on personal injury litigation. He has tried cases, jury and non-jury, in almost every jurisdiction in West Tennessee. His extensive experience in litigation enhances his ability as a neutral.

Mr. Martindale is on the Board of Governors of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and is a past President of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Associations.
