Betty Ann Milligan has over 20 years extensive experience in civil litigation. She has worked on behalf of plaintiff/claimants and defendants/respondents in general liability cases including automobile accidents, premises liability, workers’ compensation and products liability. Ms. Milligan brings her experience in litigation to bear in assisting parties to a dispute in seeing the issues from different perspectives and in coming together in a resolution that is acceptable to both sides.

Ms. Milligan is a member of the Memphis, Arkansas and Tennessee Bar Associations. She has been a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator since 2000.
