Weldon E. Patterson East Tennessee Weldon E. Patterson has 17 years of civil litigation experience working on general liability cases including automobile accidents, contractual disputes, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage and truck liability. He has extensive experience in workers’ compensation cases, with trials and appeals in the state and federal courts, on behalf of both plaintiff/claimants and defendants/respondents.
