Settlement Solutions, LLC announced today that Edward L.
Martindale, Jr. and Honorable Joe G. Riley have joined the company
as Mediators. Martindale is approved by the Tennessee Supreme
Court as a Rule 31 Listed Mediator in the field of General Civil
Mediation. He received his J.D. from The University of Memphis
School of Law in 1983 and this B.B.A from Lambuth College in 1980.
Judge Riley retired from the bench in 2004 after serving 7 years
on the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals and 18 years as a
Circuit Court Judge in Dyer and Lake Counties. He is approved by
the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Rule 31 Listed Mediator in the
field of Family Law and General Civil Mediation. Judge Riley is a
Phi Beta Kappa graduate of University of Tennessee and is an Order
of the Coif graduate of the University of Tennessee College of
Law.
